Registration

  • Early Bird Registration Deadline : May 4th, 2014
  • - ISOPES provides its Early Bird Registration Fee till May 4th, 2014 in order to generate discounted rate of the registration fee to those who are highly interested in the conference.
  • - Online Registration is highly recommended to all participants for the conference at the official website (www.isopes.com)

  • - Registration includes access to all sessions, conference proceedings, souvenirs and gala dinner.
  • - Accommodation and transportation fee are not included.
  • - If you don’t pay the registration fee within 1 week after registration, registration is cancelled.

If you want to register saturday symposium (21 June) only,

  • - Registration fee
    • Intern, Resident, Nurse: 80,000KRW (80$)
    • Fellow: 100,000KRW (100$)
  • - Please register at website and pay the registration fee on the spot.

Cancellation

Attendees are eligible for a registration refund if the registration is cancelled prior to 31 May 2014, however there will be a $50 processing fee incurred. There are no registration refunds after 31 May 2014. To cancel your registration, please email <isopes.2014@gmail.com>. Authors who uploaded their paper are NOT entitled to any refunds.

On-site Payment

  • - ISOPES 2014 strongly recommend you to register till June 12, 2014.
  • - Cash only (transaction date of the exchange rate to be applied).
  • - Please note that On-Site Registration Fee is higher than the Early Bird Registration Fee.

Accommodation

- At the beginning and the closing of symposium, there will be the shuttle bus from hotel to venue (Haeundae Paik Hospital).
